ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a passionate Educator to join our team of high quality professionals who are passionate about enriching children's lives. 

As an ECKA employee, you will utilise the latest research and evidence to implement effective practices and create meaningful educational experiences for the children in your care. You are passionate about providing high-quality education that supports the learning and development of every child.

Your strong interpersonal skills, along with your respect for diverse social and cultural values, enable you to foster a strong learning culture and community through your work.

Desired Skills and Experience

ABOUT YOU: 

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Early Childhood Educator with current WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of and ability to provide high quality education and care experiences in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Demonstrated passion for Early Childhood Education where you approach your work with positivity and a sense of possibility 
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills to ensure kind and co-operative relationships with staff, families, and community.
