Eureka Community Kindergarten Association (ECKA) is a trusted for-purpose employer with a long history of delivering high-quality education to Ballarat and surrounding regional areas. We offer above-Award conditions, leave during all school holidays and scheduled salary increase in early 2026.  

With the introduction of pre-prep, we’re increasing kindergarten delivery and we need highly skilled and passionate staff to support our expansion.

Desired Skills and Experience

ABOUT YOU: 

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Early Childhood Educator or Teacher with current WWCC or VIT
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of and ability to provide high quality education and care experiences in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Demonstrated passion for Early Childhood Education where you approach your work with positivity and a sense of possibility 
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills to ensure kind and co-operative relationships with staff, families, and community.
